ive reaserched i cant seem to come up with a straight answer...is dextrose/whey fine while deiting or should i stick with just the whey?....i thought the main reason for the dextrose is to create an insulin response to spur growth and refuel carb stores, but i obviously dont expect to gain while deiting, just maintian...is this just hurting my fat loses? My first comp is in 8 weeks, so this is all new territory, any thoughts appreciated.
