Just thought I would give everyone some insight to my diet with 18 weeks till show.
Started last Monday at 161. Today at 155.
Trainer looked at me; and with the gains I have had, she has increased my competition weight from 108 lbs to 114. And, might be increased again after my cycles.
8 egg whites
.75 c of skim milk
1 scoop of Protein Powder
150 g of 1% Cottage Cheese
1 Can Tuna
1.5 cups of rice
4.5 oz. of Yam
310 g of Broccoli
5 oz. of Eye of Round
5.5 oz. of Chicken
4 tsp. of Omega 3-6-9
These can be changed with other items as long as the food is approved.
I'm allowed freebies all day such as; onion, salad, green beans, peppers, cucumber, celery, et cetera.
As time goes on...milk and cottage cheese will be cut out. (miss my fruit)
I'll keep a post as my dieting goes along.
