effective dose depends on your size to start. Normally for an average male, I would start with 40-60mcg. I would increase it every couple of days til I start seeing any types of sides. Usually end up around 140-160mcg's.

depends where u get the clen from last place i got it had 400mcg / ml and i started at 20 mcg a day then went up to 200mcg over 2 weeks time and ran it at that dose for 4 more weeks it worked great i split up the doses for 3 times a day

Then each tick on the syringe would be 20mcgs. So If you are starting at 60mcgs draw up to the third tick

If there are 10 ticks per cc and it is 200mcgs per cc then do the math. Divide the 200mcgs by 10=20mcgs meaning each one of the ten ticks is 20mcgs. I am pretty dam sure but if you don't believe me then bump for ya so someone else can tell ya
