    It would be rude not to say hello

    Just thought i would say hi, been on a few other forums but just signed up for this.
    im 25, 181cm, 215, 11% maybe more too scared to find out haha. just gonna start my next cycle, first one for 2 years, last one was a 6 monther so i thought it would be a good idea and see whats happening in the game and whats changed.
