Hye guys in one of my pro/fat meal what i do its a salada containing 300g Broccoli :P love broccoli, 2 tomatoes, green pepper.... can i add mushrooms? to this salad? its a good choice or ditch it? and... tomatoes are good? or bad in a cutting diet?

Mushrooms are awesome for you. I don't know much about the carb/pro content , its not that much if any at all but I know they have awesoem antioxidents in them...Tomatoes help with cancer and other things. Tomatoes are another awesome fruit/veggie
so maybe i can add mushrooms in my am oatmeal and keep tomatoes in my p/f meals?
