As boring as this program is sometimes,I love it. I havent done it in a few years but I'm doing the program once again and the strength gains are great. I'm steadily adding 5 lbs every week to all my upper body movements, and 10 lbs each session to squats, and thats for the entire 10 sets which to me is a great strength gain. Everytime I've done this program I've thrown on a good 10 lbs body mass, it rules!!!
