i mean safe enought to recover my muscles without being to late to gain fat
i could be wrong, but muscle builidng happens the most during your sleep. this is why we intake a solid, slow digesting protein source before bed. you would probably be better to have something solid with your protien shake - maybe some tuna or a piece of chicken.
bro - as soon as you are done training....drink the shake....no more overanalyzing!

please don't tell me you'll down a PWO shake and thats it...and go to bed.......you'll have to eat again like 1-2 hours right after that bro......a PWO shake after a workout and going straight to bed isnt going to cut it
i train late.. drink shake late and eat my meal even later..
shake is usually 70g whey 150g Dex
meal is like 65g From Chickn and 55carbs from taters.. go right to be after this
btw if u down a shake then goto bed w/ o eating prepare for a sugar crash and possible catabolism
