I hear you.

What I am saying is that with the Oats, Eggwhites, Whey and you multi vits it is prob the same thing. I like getting my vitamins and minerals from solid food sources other than engineered drinks.

Granted, I do take Vitamins to help fill in what I am lacking in my diet.
