I couldn't find what I was looking for in the search.
What do you veterans recommend in dosage for B6, B12 and milk thistle per day during a moderate cycle.
I used to take 100mg's of B6 and B12 during. Haven't taken milk thistle during before, but will this time. I have some 60mg tabs, of thistle, but not sure how much is a good amount per day.
I know this may all vary on how much gear and time you run, but looking for a general amount.
