Hey guys needs your guidance yet again.... I read a post and i know you recomend typically 1,2, and300 carbs, but im still trying to grow and build my base while losing BF so i think those numbers my be alittle low for me... I was thinking something like this ... and stats are 6'3 235(down from 240 in aweek by cruising at 2-250carbs) prob around 15-17%bf and looking to get back to 12% while still trying to gain in the gym
Low day : 175-200 carbs.. 1.75grams protein per lb
Med day: 300 carbs a day... 1.5 grams protein /lb
High day: 4-420 carbs.... 1.25 protein/lb
How high should my fats be 5-60 grams?
My food sources: Carbs: Brown rice,whole wheat begal(ocasionally) potatoes, OATMEAL, bannas, gatorade(pwo), Zone bars(preworkout)
Proteins: Eggs, cottage cheese, chicken, tuna, turkey burgers, salmon burgers
Fats: peanut butter natural, eggs
My split
M:Legs, Bis, cardio 20 mins
T:Off
W;Chest, abs
T: Cardio 20 mins
F:Back,calves,abs
S: 20mins cardio
S:Shoulders,tris
Hows that number of carbs look? too high too low? What days would you match them up with my schedule?...When should i have my cheat meals? I know lots of questions but i wanna make this perfect.... Ive been cruising at 2 or 250 carbs this week cuz i took off from the gym for a week and ate clean this whole week and cant belive how much bloat i lost... thanks playas
