Whats your body fat? In all honesty the best way to get abs is to do cardio.. there is no such thing as localized fat burning you gotta burn it all over your body.. everyone has abs its just a matter of how many layers of fat is over them.. I mean doing some crunches like every other day will obviously help tone the muscle and give it some size.. but if its buried under fat u'll never see them.. You gotta be down to like 7% body fat before you start to get a real 6pack.

    Bro. thanks for replying.
I don't know how much bf I have, I started doing crunches, I do about 50 crunches every other day for the past week. How do you figure out bf.

you know the rope guys use for tricep pulldowns. well i use it and i do weighted crunches with it. stay almost directly below the cable, but just a little in front of it. DO NOT move your chin when you crunch down, and really concentrate on using your abs (i close my eyes to do this). use the decline bench and do slow steady crunches (again not moving your chin)...

sadly, the ultimate factor in abs is your body fat, lower it to see them...

    Work your legs also,

Working your legs will burn a ton of energy (glycogen/calories) and help trim you up.

Work your abs just for strength really. If you feel you can target your lower abs size there can help since they are always the lease visable and are normaly not as large as your upper abs.
