    Let Me Get This Right?? Brain Fart....

    Ok, my brain isn't clicking cuz I just woke up and I had dreams about all sorts of stuff I wanna ask....lol Reguardless of bulking or cutting, high protein is a must? Carbs..for bulking is rather high (complex)...for cutting is somewhat lower...and efa's are all pretty low....Im not looking at exact numbers, just throwing the basis out there and seeing if Im right....

    Everyone is different. Therefore, everyone's diet is different. But TYPICALLY, protein is high regardless of cutting or bulking. 1.35g-2+g per lb lbm. (We're bodybuilders and protein is God) Carbs are TYPICALLY kept complex and low GI (exception PWO) and will be moderate to high for bulking and relatively low when cutting. There doesn't appear to be a general consensus when it comes to EFA's however. Some cutting diets will keep it low, under 50g, some go higher up into the 80-90g range. For bulking, EFA's are usually kept above 75g a day.

    for cutting keep your EFA's UP!!! and when fat loss begins and is steady...INCREASE them. (EFA's are the Virgin Mary of Cutting, If Protein is God)

    True that.

    I always increase my EFA's when cutting. Some choose to keep their's under 50g. Doesn't work well for me, but to each his own.
