I set a goal of flat benching double my body weight, clean no bounce rep. A couple buddie's of mine got trash talkin the other day so we set up a bench off. I hit 375 clean , evrybody was watching waiting to say I bounced or didnt go all the way, but was perfect. I didnt win though, my boy hit 505 , he weighed in at 240, so he was+25 over double, but was a good day anyway. Figured I would tell you guys cuz my girl could have cared less. My next goal is 315 for 12 and double body weight when not on.......Ill be honest my goal was to do it natiral but after 10 years of natural training I hit a brick wall. Thanks for reading
