I know one is water base and one is oil but since the shots have to be so frequent can you mix them together or no?

no my friend, never mix water and oil based juices......
why not drink the winny and inject the prop ?

It is fine to mix the two. I do all the time....no problems. Also...Ajax posted a thread not to long ago about injecting vs. oral administration of winny. The study showed injecting winstrol was much more effective.
