I am currently on a bulking cycle of test and eq. I have been consuming alot. atleast 300g of protien a day , over 300 carbs a day. I was wondering if there was any slight techniques to stay lean while adding on all this mass. I have a baby gut that i want to get rid of as well. I was thinking about doing some light cardio 3x a week in the morning on a empty stomach.
but realize i am not trying to cut at the same time. i just want to shed this little gut i got going but it seems to be increasing a tad bit.
Will a light cardio workout 2-3x a week help me or not? Any suggestion would be appriciated.
