    Bulking

    I am currently on a bulking cycle of test and eq. I have been consuming alot. atleast 300g of protien a day , over 300 carbs a day. I was wondering if there was any slight techniques to stay lean while adding on all this mass. I have a baby gut that i want to get rid of as well. I was thinking about doing some light cardio 3x a week in the morning on a empty stomach.
    but realize i am not trying to cut at the same time. i just want to shed this little gut i got going but it seems to be increasing a tad bit.
    Will a light cardio workout 2-3x a week help me or not? Any suggestion would be appriciated.

    Hell yes it will. i do cardio 3 mornings a week, even while bulking. why not work the most important muscle in your body...YOUR HEART!

    how long are your cardio sessions.

    20-30 minutes. i keep it down becuase thats what i thought i had to do in order not to lose that much muscle.

    what is your target heart rate while doing this 20-30mins, they say 65percent i am not sure how to calculate this

    hm. havnt checked lately. im sure it isnt too high. i usually go back and forth between fast walkling and jogging.

    yeah it will help you not gain any fat while bulking up for sure.
    to calculate you take 220-(your age) and then multiply by.65 (if you are going for 65%

    i go right at 65 or just below while bulking... so for me 220-20*.65=130

    for a more bulk cycle like it sounds like you want- deca or some dbol with test may have been a better choice.. but since you already started it just keep up your cals- just eat a bit cleaner, and DEFINTELY start doing some cardio. First your heart is the most imporant muscle in your body and it will not shed your muscle to be doing 3 times a week carido and a steady HR..

    i cant do cardio in the morning..
    i do a 4 day split weight training.. would you suggest 30 mins at 65%hr would clean up bodyfat..
    500mg test e.. 12wk
