    hit a plateau [B]with pics[/B] Need tips

    I have been on my diet since Jan 1, okay. I started at 245 and now down to 214. I really starting to get frustrated because it is really starting to go slow. I am at a 2100 calories diet.
    Time Meals Protien Carbs Fat Calories

    6:30 10 egg whites 40 150
    1 1/2 cup oatmeal 10 37.5 3 300



    9:30 8 oz chicken breast 42 6 240
    1 cup brown rice or baked potato 5 50 1 230

    12:30 100% Whey Protien 40 8 2 240


    2:30 8 oz chicken breast 42 6 240
    1 cup brown rice or baked potato 5 50 1 230

    5:30 8 oz chicken breast 42 6 240
    1 cup brown rice or baked potato 5 50 6 230

    I do add some vegtable and fruits into this diet

    NOT ALWAYS IN THIS ORDER OF TIME BUT EVERY 3 HOURS VERY CONSISTANT.

    Total 231 195.5 31 2100


    Cardio
    week 1
    5:45 30 minutes 6x wkly
    week 4
    5:30 45 minutes 6x wkly
    week 8-16
    5:00 45min 6x wkly or 2 - 45min sessions as needed

    My diet supplement is Lipodrene with ephedra. About 3 a day. I have been on that since the begining. The primo and masterbolon helped and Now I Dbol and Anavar to finish up this cycle with some nolvadex (estrogen blockers) Please give me some serious pointers I know this is not a overnight process but I have lost 31 pounds since I started. I know this could take 12 more weeks or longer to aquire the body I want. I am willing to listen and take in the info from others

    I don't see any fats in the diet...and a lot of carbs. Try staying away from the carbs from mid afternoon to bed time. And if you're on Dbol don't expect to be losing weight, you should actually be getting heavier. And did I read that right your on dbol and anavar now? Why mix them, the two together are kind of pointless and not good for your liver.

    BTW congrats on losing the first 30lbs...you'll look great once you cut down a little more.

    EFA's bro... you need to incorporate some essential fatty acids into that diet pronto. separate carbs and fats in meals and I think you should see some more results. good luck brosef!

    essential fatty acdis. flax oil, fish oil, olive oil, GOOD FATS MAN they will help you progress with your fat loss...don't do juice again until you have a decent knowledge base, it will help yourself out BIG TIME now, and in the future...

    I was cycling 1 cc of primo every 4 days and at the last four weeks of the cycle I mixed some masterbolan with the primo. I was looking to keep some mass on. I didnt gain any weight but, I have kept my size on. I know for a fact a local professional at my gym is cycling while dieting. Im sure he does it every year and he comes out lean as hell. We have the same resources. Is what he is doing wrong. He has won Mr. anchorage and Mr. Alaska twice. Right now he is cycling getting ready for the Emerald Cup Going in Light/Heavy this year. Im not cycling nothing heavy like deca or sustanon. I just got alot of feed back from local saying that they do cycle during deit season and get off everything toward the end to look lean as possible. Is what they are doing wrong then.

    look at the cutting sticky at the top of the diet section and that should solve all of your problems...also drop the juice and im not sure if you should do pct after dbol and var but if so you can always get some redkat and 6-oxo.
