I have been on my diet since Jan 1, okay. I started at 245 and now down to 214. I really starting to get frustrated because it is really starting to go slow. I am at a 2100 calories diet.

I do add some vegtable and fruits into this diet
NOT ALWAYS IN THIS ORDER OF TIME BUT EVERY 3 HOURS VERY CONSISTANT.

5:45 30 minutes 6x wkly

5:30 45 minutes 6x wkly
week 8-16
5:00 45min 6x wkly or 2 - 45min sessions as needed
My diet supplement is Lipodrene with ephedra. About 3 a day. I have been on that since the begining. The primo and masterbolon helped and Now I Dbol and Anavar to finish up this cycle with some nolvadex (estrogen blockers) Please give me some serious pointers I know this is not a overnight process but I have lost 31 pounds since I started. I know this could take 12 more weeks or longer to aquire the body I want. I am willing to listen and take in the info from others
