    Blood test received ...

    Hello guys;
    Just had my blood tested after finishing my bulking phase and got the following results:

    HDL Cholesterol 51.43
    LDL Cholesterol 189.48
    Ratio : 3.68
    Am i gona die ? :P
    I think it reflects my sloppy eating habits.. during my bulking.
    I`m gona do a cutter naturally; so i guess it will go down, or does it not corollate with high % body fat? i`m currently in the region of 19%, which will go down hopefully to 12% or below.
    Also i got the following results which seem out of range:
    TOTAL BILIRUBIN 26 umol/l
    Alanine TRANSAMINASE 76 u/l
    CREATININE 118 umol/l <------ Guess it`s all the creatine i take as suppliment?

    Is cholesterol too high to run a cycle after a cutter in 2 months?

    at least ur ratio is good, which is really important.. I think the creatinine is because of creatine supplementation.. Did u use orals last cycle? If so maybe drop them.. I cant comment on weather u shuld or should not start a new cycle.. In 2 months I would though.. JMO

    Ive still up to this date fail to understand why everyone thinks that the recovery of the HPTA is the most important thing when considering when to start a new cycle.. dont get me wrong, its important also but I still think the potentially very serious health problems arising to a messed up lipid profile are far more serious..

    I never cycled bros. so i never took orals, in two months i will do my first cycle, that`s why i did blood work. I want to know if 3.68Cholesterol ratio and the LDL & HDL are alarming or not?

    Will I reduce them if i diet ? I`m currently 260LBS @19% bfat, would like to cut to 12% before cycling,

    then thats not u in the picture?? kinda hards to believe that guy is 260.. unless u r VERY tall. Go ahead, start the cycle..

    That picture was me in august 2005 @235lbs, at around 12%bfat... i`m 6 foot 7 btw.
    Tomorrow i`m starting my diet to get back to where i was in august.Hopefully, I will keep more mass. Then i`ll run my first cycle of test.
    Cholesterol is my main concern, but i think i`m just paranoid!!

    First the bad news mate - yes you are, but aren't we all. But on the plus side, your results are actually ok. I've worked in a biochemistry lab and they seem fine - slightly high creatinine could just be a bit of dehydration even! My friend tested his own CK levels last week and almost crapped himself when the result came out at 7200! Guess he knows he's got a good training intensity level going though!

    This should never be the case. Although a 63% bf increase (12% to 19%) during bulking is not wholly unacceptable, it is a stretch and the fact that the calories were in by your admission, "sloppy" is of more of an issue for me.

    Be sure not to make this mistake while on cycle. It won't be a pleasant trip, and you'll have lots of work to do at conclusion.
