dumb newbie fina question

have seen the finakits online , do the kits include everything you need or do you have to buy the pills separately? if you have to buy them are they legal to buy in the states and if legal where do you get them?

thanks sorry for the assinine question , search of fina on the board resulted in threads that assumed these things were known

The kits don't contain the pellets. The pellets are not illegal to buy (it becomes illegal when you synthesize it into an injectable) but you will have to find a place to buy the pellets.
