today i blasted my chest to hell, and about 2 hours after the workout i began to get the dreaded spazms and clenching in my ches. Basically if i move my arms a bit in the wrong way, my chest gets all tight and cramped, it's very uncomfortable. It seems to happen the most with chest, back and quads for some reason- and when i sleep it can be very unconfortable!
i ate two bananas PWO and that did not seem to help- are there any other viable options so this immense cramping subsides?
