    Immense Pain after Chest workout!

    today i blasted my chest to hell, and about 2 hours after the workout i began to get the dreaded spazms and clenching in my ches. Basically if i move my arms a bit in the wrong way, my chest gets all tight and cramped, it's very uncomfortable. It seems to happen the most with chest, back and quads for some reason- and when i sleep it can be very unconfortable!

    i ate two bananas PWO and that did not seem to help- are there any other viable options so this immense cramping subsides?

    What excersises did you do, and how hard did you work out. Maybe you over did it. Im not sure what can help you with that besides stretching. Good luck.

    i work my ass off every set till i cant lift it again... it's how i always work out. I have grown so well off of it but this pain after the workout can be extremely nasty. Interestingly it never happens when training shoulders though.

    Workout:

    Incline BB press: 275x10, 290x9, 320x8
    Flat DB press: 110x12, 130x10, 120x12, 135x7
    Pec-Deck Flye: 160x12, 170x12
    Cable Cross-overs: 70x10, 80x9, 65 or 70x12
    Weighted Dips: 140x12, 200x9, 160x11 (With a belt, so really that weight PLUS my body-weight)
