    You can go a lot of places on your quads, but normally people start with about 6-8 inches down from there hip on the outer ridge of the muscle, straight in.

    Stand up straight, palms to your outer thigh. Inject there 25G 1"

    That's how I do it. I will tense up my quads and on the outer part of the top of the quad there is a very meaty part of the muscle. Right there is where I hit.

    that site is fun, i've done half of those already, got another half to go..
    makes ED injections a breeze.
    I get excited with every new spot. It really is great.. u're not truely hardcore until u've done them all lol

    1" 25g everywhere but glutes 1.5" 23g
