    Test Only FIRST Cycle...Starting Week 5

    I am on Week 5 of Test E only cycle with Nolva 10mg everyday. I have only gained like 8 pounds thus far. I have been taking in about 3800 Cal everyday. Is this normal or should I have gained more at this point? I am planning on running it for 12 Weeks...

    I wouldnt worry about it alot of the effects of the long ester Test can take up to 8 weeks to start noticing the full effect it has on your growth and strength...everyone is different though...also the nolva may reduce the anabolic effect that you are looking for from your stack (if taken while cycling)...another piece of advice would be to up your caloric intake to 5000 if not more(clean cals of course) as you will more than likely see a gain in weight...

    if you are proned to gyno or have symptoms of it occuring during the cycle, by all means add the nolva during...otherwise I dont see the point of using it during the cycle if you are looking for optimum gains from the Test E IMO...

    I am 6'1'', 195 lbs. BF is around 8%. WOW....5000 Cal's? That is sooo much. I am having a difficult time trying to get as close to 4000 as I can.

    I however think that if you follow some of the advice I stated above that you will be fine, whether or not you see a difference of course depends on whether or not you work hard and eat healthy (and alot) calories and proteins...definately kick the nolva till post bro (unless you feel gyno rearing its ugly head)..

    40 % Carbs
    10% Fat
    I workout 4 days/week.

    Day 1: Bi's/Tri's
    Day 2: Shoulders/Traps
    Day 3: Legs
    Day 4: Chest/Back

    3 exercises for each body part and 3 sets for each exercise (Reps 8-12)

    If you dont already: Try loading up the carbs before your workout and most of your protein intake after this will help with gains, even though they may only be slight every gain you make comes not only comes from the more noticeable management of your diet and workout but from the little things that you do to better your diet as well...it may be hard but you will also want to up your calories to 5000 and maintain this for a few months after your cycle to help maintain your gains...

    sorry if the post is a little unclear its pretty late tonight...damn cold is killing me...speaking of which getting the proper amount of sleep (8 hours) is neccessary as well whether your cycling or not...

    Don`t use nolva then. If you know you are very exposed to it, you can , but othervise might as well find out, and then use some if it comes. You will gain more then. 30 %prot,40%karb,30 % fat - 4 g protein pr 1 kg body weight.

    it takes at least 4-6 weeks for test E to kick in... be patient and keep eating and working out.... you'll see gains

    The reason I am using the Nolva is to keep water retention to a minimum and precaution for any gyno symptoms.

    I am glad you mentioned CLEAN calories. I think too many people espicially those bulking don't consider this when they are looking at their diet. I think people that are on their bulking diets just eat everything insight no matter what it just because.
