Hello to all, they are a new member of this forum, excused my English but they are Italian. This is my diet that I follow by now from 4 weeks. I would want to have of your suggestions.

breakfast: cereals 50g, 200ml latte, 30g whey, 1 multivitaminic

snack: 200g apples, 150g fish

lunch: 80g rice, 200g Chicken, salad, oil linen

pre-training: 150 g apples, 20g peanuts

post-training: 1 banana, 40g whey, 1 multivitaminic

supper: 300g red meat, cauliflower, oil linen


what of thoughts? opinions suggestions?
