Clen, thought i was set, now i wonder?

im seeing so many different things on here about clen, i thought i was all set doing 2 weeks on 2 weeks off for a total of 12 weeks and doing some stacker 2 on the off weeks.

im now in week 3 so its my 1st week off the clen and im just taking 3 stackers 2's a day but now im seeing so many different things on here about staying on right through and using benadryl every 3rd week?

so my question is ive been off since last thursday, should i just continue with my 2 on 2 off like i planned or not?? and if not is it to late for me to get back on since ive allready been off for a few days now?

sorry to sound dumb but if i do the benadryl route, its only every 3rd week then off the benadryl for 2 more weeks then on again for one more week correct??

I think you should just stick with the Stacker 2 for right now. Run it for 2 weeks so your receptors can replenish naturally. Then run the clen for 6-8 weeks straight. Yes you will want to run benadryl every third week, each nite of that week right before bed you will take 50-100mg.

So it would be as follows:
    Week 1: Clen ED
    Week 2: Clen ED
Week 3: Clen ED, Benadryl ED
    Week 4: Clen ED
    Week 5: Clen ED
Week 6: Clen ED, Benadryl ED
    ...Etc

    Bino got you covered
Wont get much better than that.

Thats how I ran it last year, but
keep track of your resting HR and
    also your BP.

Ahhhh yes, that is also good advice, make sure you moniter your vital stats each day, also measure your temperature just to make sure it isnt increasing too much, although you should expect some increase. Take all of these measurements several times throughout the day to get an average as they all can fluctuate based on time of day and circumstances.
