    Question about GNC products

    Can someone please tell me what products work well from GNC? I would research this but I only have the internet at work so I dont have much time. Thank you. By the way this site Rocks!

    dont buy from gnc they are way over priced

    gnc overpriced?!?!? there's an understatement....who cares if money isn't an object....don't support a company that thrives off noobs.

    You can bargain with GNC, they are overpriced but they will reduce their price if you complain a bit. I do it everytime, now they just give me around 35-40% off everytime I come into the store.

    hi crash. I wouldnt support them if it wasnt for the fact that I need the supplements bad.its my only option.

    Works for what? You didn't specify your goal. And if you have access to the internet, GNC is not your only option.
    Fat loss- EFA's and EC
    Strength gain - creatine
    IMO these are the only really effective supplements.

    GNC 100% Whey protein is great. So is their creatine mono, and glutamine, and their amino's are clutch.

    $27 for 97 servings of protein is a good deal.

    Order online. I said efa which are essential fatty acids, and ec which is caffeine and ephedrine taken 3 times daily at 10:1 ratio caffeine to ephedrine (200mg caf 20 mg ephedrin)
