I am currently in week 4 of my test and deca cycle and im gaining weight somewhat well already 12 pounds. BUt i have feeling my diet has been to regular... eating fairly well but i havent been eating anything in particular just whatever is good and somewhat clean and i have around. I was thinking about trying a carb/ protein diet. What do you think about that for bulking? I am doing cardio for like 30-40 min 4x a week... my bodyfat is 11.5% i was just thinking for something new and a set diet what do you think of it while bulking? thank
