Currently on week 4 cycle:
Week 1-4 30mgs SD
Week 2-14- 500 mg Cypionate per week
Week 2-12- 400mg Equipose per week
I wanted to change my tricep workout and do some skull crushers last week but in the past Id always avoid them because they would just be too hard on my elbows. even though i went light and felt great after the workout, I started getting the pain i used to get in my elbows. I think it might be some kind of tendonitis. So my problem is that I can not lift heavy weight with the condition of my elbow. I am sure it will get better if I lay off my arms for 2-3 weeks. I plan on working out my legs and doing some more cardio in the mean time. Now, do you guys recommend I get off the injectables till my arm is feeling better and undergo PCT or stay on? I'd only be able to lift half ass with my elbows feeling like this.
Any help would be appreciated,
