hey i dont have a clue what diet im on and was thinking of ketosis but i eat 8 square meals a day with 50 g protein and 10 g fat in each and carb load
600 g .e7d.
but ive read ketosis diet is nearly all fat and no protein - will my diet still put me into ketosis ?
i want to preserve all muscle mass or better yet gain lean muscle mass and burn bf quick.
can someone help with what diet would be best suited for me ?
im on gear weighing dropped from 96kg in 16 days to now about 86 kg 7 % bf.
training- resistance training 1 hr every day , added cardio every am half hr good walk.
help please ?
