    Contest!

    My gym s holding an area event. Lifetime free membership, $2,000 in supplments, and unlimited tanning for 6 months. Transformation contest. $100 to enter and you get a steak dinner, buffet type deal on day 1. It starts May 2nd. 8 weeks long. Most improved/biggest transformation is 50%. Essay why you should win 50%. I think it would be much easier for me physically to get totally fat then cut like a rockstr starting May 2nd. Rather than take a pic now, and try to add 50lbs of pure muscle. So, wish me luck. Training will have to be knocked down to 3 days a week. Heavy fundamental lifts. Squats, bench, row and deads. I dont go longer than 60 minutes without a snack, and anything goes. No more clean diet rules.

    Is this possible or am I even more crazy than I originally appeared?

    fun? possible, but could be too much of an inner struggle for me......ive never been over 12%, sitting around 9 right now......too worried about losing the abs and not getting em back.

    you'll get the abs back. this is possible. keep a log and i'll roll with you through this one. that would be a sweet victory...i believe you can do it!

    Thanks for the support fellas...today was day #1, I got 6 weeks to take before pics, then 8 weeks to cut like a mad man...I figure I can gain, if my brain lets me, 3-4lbs a week, so approx. 20 lbs, in which 3/4ths will prob. be fat, but then again, who knows, I've so low on cals and so overtrained that it may make me look better, lol

    Todays menu

    oats - almost 1/2 a cannister of dry rolled oats
    3 bagels
    2 homemade brownies
    2 pb sandwhichs
    donut
    1lb chicken
    12 eggs/whites
    olive oil on my salad
    2 myoplex bars
    half pack of rice cakes
    4 scoops of whey
    at least 5 handfulls of peanuts,almonds
    box of trail mix
    sweet potatoe
    few scoops of anpb
    2% milk
    coffee

    funny thing is I felt tired, then crazy energy, then tired, then energy....good lifting day of back and calves.

    Note - too much gum and too much splenda/sf sryups. making me notious......crank it up. Who's with me? Tomorrow I need to go out a little more. Subway, quiznoos and some pizza. I dont care what I need to do, McDonalds WILL NOT BE ON MY DIET!!!

    oooo.....chinese, I forgot about chinese. Also need to cut back on veggies, no more cooked oats.....2 much bloat!

    Donut? Nah...I hate donuts...however, nutrella is a godsend, gone through a jar in 2 days....myoplex bars dipped in ANPB.....frozen....mmmm

    shit...I can eat a dozen krispy kremes in a sitting. I LOOOOOOOOOOVE my donuts, give ya a great pump in the gym, thats my excuse after I cheat.

    haha, I try and stay away from them since I am cutting. Its bout time for the beach here in georgia, so its a lot of chicken and water damn I hate it!!!

    Priest you should take a before-fatgain then your after-fatgain pic (the one for the contest) and then another post-cutfat pic and post em up here. See if your in better shape after this 14 weeks than you are now. Could be interesting.

    I'm thinking I will be.......I took a before shot with a camera, but not digital...sorry.....I'm 6'2, 185 around 7-8% right now...max bench is 275 for 4-6, squat is 3 plates for the same........we'll see. (if I make it through.........) I give myself a week, if I dont turn back after a week, then I'm good to go.....so depressing!

    It is, but its very easy to do DRY.........just snack on them all day.....not cooked, that would be hell!

    give you a lot of props on doing this lol. a lot of people always cut to get lean or bulk to put on some muscle - you're doing th eopposite of both!
