Thanks for the support fellas...today was day #1, I got 6 weeks to take before pics, then 8 weeks to cut like a mad man...I figure I can gain, if my brain lets me, 3-4lbs a week, so approx. 20 lbs, in which 3/4ths will prob. be fat, but then again, who knows, I've so low on cals and so overtrained that it may make me look better, lol

oats - almost 1/2 a cannister of dry rolled oats
3 bagels
2 homemade brownies
2 pb sandwhichs
donut
1lb chicken
12 eggs/whites
olive oil on my salad
2 myoplex bars
half pack of rice cakes
4 scoops of whey
at least 5 handfulls of peanuts,almonds
box of trail mix
sweet potatoe
few scoops of anpb
2% milk
coffee
funny thing is I felt tired, then crazy energy, then tired, then energy....good lifting day of back and calves.
Note - too much gum and too much splenda/sf sryups. making me notious......crank it up. Who's with me? Tomorrow I need to go out a little more. Subway, quiznoos and some pizza. I dont care what I need to do, McDonalds WILL NOT BE ON MY DIET!!!
oooo.....chinese, I forgot about chinese. Also need to cut back on veggies, no more cooked oats.....2 much bloat!
