    Question OK Guys, ITS THAT TIME!

    Hey guys,

    I have been waiting for a while now to start my first cycle. It goes like this.
    1-10wks 500mg/wk Test E
    I got the Nova just incase and proper pct.

    178lb, 8.5%bf, 6ft.

    I dont want to bloat and gain a lot of fat, so my question is this. Should I cut up to around 4%bf or go ahead and start the cycle. I want to stay lean but get good gains as well. Any imput? Thanks Guys

    If u keep a good diet i dont think u should have a problem.

    in worse case take some l-dex for bloat

    yea i know my bs isnt high and i came to that conclusion by checking my body fat. I just want to stay as lean as possible. So you think I should run the test for 12wks instead of 10? One other thing, should I throw 3 or 4 wks of prop to get it started? Run it like this

    1-10 Test E 500mg/wk
    1-3 or 4 Test P 75mg/ EOD

    Let me know what you think.
    I'm starting it April 3

    I checked my bf with an Accu-Measure Body Fat Measure that I bought from bodybuilding.com I have done it several times to make sure I am doing it right. Its coming out to about 1/4 of an inch or 8-9mm. that translates to between 8.5 and 9.5bf.

    I agree with copperhead, however I ran mine for 10 weeks at 500mg a week and saw great results from that, just keep the diet and proper amount of sleep in check and if you have enough test to run through 12 weeks by all means go ahead it will be fine...

    deff get ur diet down bf everything. sure the juice will put on mucle. but if ur 6 foot and u only weigh 170ish u r not eating enough. just wasting ur money if everything isnt spot on.

    Yea, I have plenty on test. 40ml of the stuff. Thats why I was going to do 10wks at 500mg. SO I could and another cycle left to take at a later time if I feel the need. I also have some tren a and test p that i need to do somthing w/. btw im not in a hurry. I am just excited. thanks again guys

    i have heard good thing about tren too. but wont touch it till i got a few cycles under my belt. just trying deca out this cycle too. ran the classic newbie test only cycle my first one

    ran it last year. i think i posted it on here about a week ago in a thread asking about everyones best gains on a cycle. got about 22 pounds. came off, pct, then as soon as i was off that took no2 and cellmass and only dropped about 6 pounds. actually kept alot of my weight. u?

    i kept about 14 pounds of the 22 I gained...lookin to do an EQ TEST E cycle for number 2...

    O yeah man we both went through this already...lol...it was around 3 in the morning a few days ago....keeping 12-14 pounds was the best I could do, and I think it was great for my first cycle...lol i cant believe I forgot that as i think me you and trenbull were the only ones ion it...

    nice im opting for the deca test e cycle this time. like i said just started it last week. prob would have ran the eq but couldnt get my hands on it, and have heard u gain a lil more mass of the deca. could b wrong though

    you're already pretty thin bro. if i were you, id bulk up as much as possible, then cut once i finish the cycle

    if u cut up to 4% bf that would be rediculus. u would be one of those cut tiny guys in the gym that think there hard because they have a low bf. i would rather be my 10-11% bf with some beef on me, than to be 155-160 with 4% bf.

    yea, i dont want to be that guy either. although im not very cocky when it comes to weight lifting. anyways i think i'll take your advice and stay where i am and keep a clean diet. I was going to run a eca stack befor and cut then bulk so i didnt look like a fat guy with musceles while on was on the gear. but sience my bf is already pretty low i just go ahead and start my gear without cutting. thanks again guys

    Dropping your BF before you start a cycle is one of the most important things you can do for huge gains, if you prime the body correctly and dont watse away any muscle mass this will give you a very anabolic enviroment for when you start your cycle, the gains will be straight away and dramtic.
