Theres a grappling tournement coming up in june and i want to drop as much weight as posible to be in the lower weight class. Right now im at 159 i want to drop to 139 do you think i can ? if so any good routines? thanks

Well im 5'9 im 19 years old i weight about 159 havent done any cardio for about a year but i weight train 3 or 4 times a week.
Bodyfat %? Repost all your info, goals, stats including bf% in the workouts forum and You'll probably get more response there.
well last time i checked it was 19 %
Just doing the maths really quickly, your talking about losing at least 15% of your body fat to drop to 139lbs, and thats still only giving you a bf of about 5%. It'll be tough man.
