    1st time bulking... Can u guys please correct my diet if im wrong in something?

    Looks pretty darn good to tell you the truth. I'd make sure and add some EFA's in there, you are heavily using Omega-6 FA's. You need to try and have all three, 3-6-9's.

    :P tahnks giantz... ok ill be switching maybe come peanuts for flax so i can get my omega 3
