Question Female New To Clen. Any Advice?

Been On Clen And T3 For About 2 Weeks Now And Have Not Seen Any Weight Loss. I Have All The Side Affects Though. I Am Trying To Maintain A Low Fat /low Sugar Diet. Drinking Alot Of Water And Eating Alot Of Fruits. Doing Aerobics 2 Times A Week And Cardio The Rest. So, Any Suggestions?

Do low intensity cardio in the morning on a empty stomach. 30-45 minutes at least. No Carbs after 6pm. Only whole grain carbs!!!!!!

    Question

Low Impact Carbs? Give Me A Few Examples Because I Am Thinking That Oatmeal, Grainy Cereals, And Granola Are Some. Am I Wrong?

Your diet is terrible. You shouldn't even be on clen or T3 right now. What are your stats, age, height, weight, level of fitness, training experience etc? Clen and T3 are not to be played around with, especially when you can lose fat safely without them.

Post for info in the diet section for better diet help.

Some quick advice...avoid the high impact aerobics, low intensity cardio would be (220) - (your age) X (.65 or .70) = THR (target heart rate). It's most effective first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, followed by a protein/fat meal about 45 minutes after a 45 minute cardio session(to perpetuate lipolysis). Avoid simple sugars, don't mix fats/carbs, and like someone above said, no carbs late at night. Low impact carbs or complex carbs are oatmeal, whole grains, yams, brown rice etc. Avoid the cereals as well and try to do cardio 5X a week if you can.

PS Are you taking potasium and taurine supplements as well?

Thanks For The Help. I Am Not On Potasium Supplements Alone, I Take A Multi Vitamin. I Did Try Losing Alone And Couldnt. So, A Friend Told Me About Clen. I Did Research But Not Enough I Guess.

I hate to break it to you, but "a lot of fruits" is NOT low sugar...it's HIGH sugar!
