Hey bros,
im confused on this meal mainly because of the time i work out at. i do morning cardio on an empty stomach 6 days a week then i lift around 7pm. i get my pwo shake with dextrose in at 8-830pm so that would put my ppwo meal at around 930. should i still include carbs in these meal. it usualy is the last meal of the day for me and i go to sleep around 11-12. this would also be my 6th meal for the day. im on a cutting diet based on the cutting sticky and previous advice from you guys. is it ok to add carbs with tthis meal so late?
