Hey guys
At the moment i'm cutting, eating 6 meals a day, doing cardio and weights almost every day. I weighed 203, i'm at 194 right now after 3 weeks.
My main qustion is :
is chicken/tuna/salad good before bed?
I know that a pro/fat meal is what i am having, but i can't afford cassein, so would cutting some chicken, adding some tuna to a salad with a tid bit of olive oil and vinegar, with a couple tsps of flax be ok for pre-bed?
