the new encyclopedia of modern bodybuilding

in arnolds book he goes over deit and advocates eating only 1gm of protein per lb. He says to keep carbs high as well, I know he is not ronnie but personally not too many people care to look like ronnie unless they are competing for a living. Does anyone agree w/ this theory about protein?

The 1-1.5 grams per lb of bodyweight has been a staple amount for a long time now, most will tell you that...And I agree it's a good amount most of the time. Regarding diet...Bottom line it depends on you and your goals, and what you want to accomplish to determine how much of anything you need.

actually bro Ill bet if you took a poll right now more people would say 2-2.5gms per lb. My point of this was to see if anyone BIG actually only eats 1 gram perlb of weight.
