Do they come with the sterile water to mix or do you still have to use your own BW? And how much do you mix per vial?

I am using jin and I mix 1 cc of BW into a 10 iu vial. How would you do the conversion with the brown tops?

If they are 8iu vials then you could just mix .8mL of water so that 10 on a 100iu slin pin woudl be 1iu. That seems to be the easiest way to me..........
