My quads, gluts and calfs are growing significantly faster than my hamstrings. What is the best way to hit hamstrings besides doing leg curls?
straight leg dead-lift, leg curls which you're already doing, and what's called the "adam archibalds" (is that his last name ? the football player who was seen doing reverse leg curls). check out this pic :

There isn't a machine or bench at my gym where I can do that movement. I'm already doing leg curls and straight leg dead lifts but my hamstrings seem to be growing slower. Plus, genetically, I have large gluts and it makes my hamstrings look smaller.Originally posted by KeyMastur

I know there's not a machine at your gym where you can do that. Have someone hold your feet down while you try and pull yourself up. To get assistance, do a small pushup on your way up and try to go down real slow.
Lie flat on a bench, put a 45lb dumbell between your feet and curl it as many times as you can.
