    My diet for critique

This is my diet plan for critique. I m bulking up and right now I m 170

7 am : 4 eggs (yolk included), 1 scoop whey protein
9 am : Some fruit, milk, oatmeal
12 30 pm: 1 can tuna, I bowl brown rice, 1 scoop creatine
2 pm: 1 can tuna, fruit, 2 eggs
7 pm: cooked veggies(east Indian style), 1 scoop whey protein,1 scoop creatine
9 pm: 1 can tuna, 1 bowl of cooked beef, 1 scoop creatine

I normally workout in the morning at 5 30 or 6 if I m working after school, If not I workout at 4 after school. Any comments would be welcome.

Looks a little low on protein for me, can't tell, you didn't include the macros. the usual way to take creatine is before and after resistence workout. i would only have the whey post-workout, try to have some real food....wheres the chicken....cut out milk....theres a 5 hour break between 2 and 7 too long without food....theres no protein with 9 am meal...
Can't really say more without your stats and the macros...check out the cutting sticky at the top of the page.

wow. i didn't read that that was a bulking diet...to me the calories look to low even for a cutter...if you are hindi and don't eat beef, buy boxes of chicken. Chicken is your friend. this is hard at first, but eat some meat/eggs at every meal. If you are a hardgainer, eat every 2 hours. The types of food you have listed are great...eat lots of them...are you getting 4000 calories a day? if not you should eat more. 170 lbs = 340 grams protein = 1440 calories from protein alone. Where is the flax oil? Eat all the time, types of food dictate the type of mass gained. Good healthy food means more muscle than fat. Did i mention you should eat more? Eat my friend! Every 2-3 hours tops!

thanx for ur great advice! btw i m not hindi but eating beef is kind of a new idea because even though my religion doesnt prhibit eating beef it considers cows holy. but i'll take ur advice and include chicken or eggs for every meal plus some flax oil! once again thanx

i can of tuna has 26 of grams of protein alone. Add some lean fish. Great for protein! I love salmon and has 40 grams of protein per fillet.
