    Protein! Important!

    Hey guys, just wanted you to know that the body can only digest 20 grams of protein in a single serving, and the other goes..well you know where. So advice would be drink half a protein shake after work out, let it digest, then drink the other half! FYI

    Everyone is different IMO. You can absorb the most nutrients first thing in the morning and PWO imo. That's when I take in the most in a sitting. Otherwise I shoot for 30-40g's every 2-3hrs.

    how long is a serving time? 5 minutes? 3 hours? if it takes me 20 minutes to eat does that matter? does it matter on your LBM?, and your all around size? there are too many extraneous variables..

    Does the same apply to a 150lb man as a 300 pounder?

    You reckon pro-bodybuilders would be as muscular as they are if they just ate 20g protein at a time?

    Exactly, a 300lb man can take alot more than someone 150lbs. Quote your reference where you came up with this information.

    seriously we have all seen these claims and questions a million times now.

    Justin what you posted just isnt true. Its impossible to make a statement like that covering everyone everywhere.
