I know this sounds daft, but as the question asks - if I cook say, a chicken breast for 30minutes so it goes much smaller than normal, does it affect the nutritional content of it? Especially, the protein/amino bit?

no, not unless you burn it..
macros doesnt get effected to any great degree. But most vitamins goes to shit. But that is only a concern when cooking veggies.
Protein sources only aren't effected, though?
I.e. a juicy bloody steak is the same as a sizzled dried up well done one?
i hope cuz my chicken breasts shrink to half sizeOriginally Posted by WelshWarrior
