IGF question!

Ok, I'm horrible with conversions and brand new to IGF. I've got the 1ml/mg media grade from MR. I want to dilute it further with AA to make dosing it more precise. I'm definitely not a math person, so is this correct?

It came 1ml/mg, so that would be 1mL=1000mcg which is 100iu's, correct? I'm going to be taking 60mcgs a day, so that would be 6iu's, correct?

Ok, so if that was correct, then I want to dilute it to make 5mL, so I would add 4mL of AA which would make 5mL=1000mcg=500iu's, correct? So if I want to take 60mcg, I would take 30iu's? God I hate math, please someone help and tell me if I have all this figured right.

no need to add so much AA to your lr3. add an extra 1ml of AA to it and your fine.

ok, I will do that, thanks. But do I have the calculations correct? So that would make 60mcg being 12iu's if I add 1mL of AA?
