Can you tell fromt he picture supplied is my gear legit? Also sustanon it says EXP 3 2006.... is that a sign that i cant use it? I know tylonol and other meds are ok to use within a yr with no probs but how about this?

Sustanon can be real one if it's packed in original blister per 5 amps (I think it's 5). I won't trust it if it's without blisters.
As for your D-bols - it's rusian AKRICHIN metandienone 5mg - too many fakes on the market, so it's hard to tell ...
