Damn, I just checked and I am consuming a MASS quanitiy of sugar alcohol which very well could be making me sick. Every meal (almost) has them in it. Whether its cystal light, sf syrups, sf products, splenda, stevia, etc. I prob. use 15 packs of splenda, on top of 10 pieces of sf gum, some sf davinchii syrups in my shakes and coffee, mints, etc. Anyone else?
