Body Builders & Leg Work Out's

I've been doing the leg's as a whole for my entire life due to the way I trained for football, but i've noticed alot of body builders break the legs up into segments. Perhaps a body builder here can lay out basically how they train there legs...

    Thanks.

    Speed.

I've tried seperating hams from quads but for me that doesn't work at all.

Right, it does not work. The best exercises for Quads heavily involve the hamstrings.

Honestly i've never seend a diamond bar.

I just walk into the gym.. and pick up the bar nearest to me and get to training.

    I've never made the distinction.

Never thought it was necessary.. as honestly i don't believe the bar has any effect on development.

As it has no perceivable effect.. i don't waste a thought on the matter.
