I bought some low fat salad dressing becuase I was getting sick of oil and vinegar. This is what it has in it.

I usually eat 3 salads a day topped with 6 hardboiled eggs for my pro/fat meals is this dressing bad or should i go back to my oil and vinegar.
Also, the cafe had baked sweet potatoes today, i swooped up 2 of em and wanted to know if they are GI carbs the same as yams basically. If they are good Pre workout or postworkout carbs with some protein.
