you are exactly the size I was whan I started lifting and reading these forums. I read the stickys and other stuff around here and started getting bigger instantly, READ THOSE STICKYS!
If I were to point out the most important I learned here, it that you gotta do compound movements. I never did em that much and it was the main reason I wasn't getting big. I also wasn't eating enough. Lift big, Eat big, Get big is my new mantra, I've gotten bigger in the 4 months since I started reading these forums than I did all of last year. Good Luck BRO.

Ya gotta do some footwork yourself if you are really going to devote yourself to this lifestyle and stick it out to see changes.

The whole bodybuilding thing is more than just a quick trip down to the gym. If your serious about geting in shape you have to eat, sleep and drink the whole thing.
But you will learn your own mistakes and what your own limitations are in due course and also what sort of diet/routine works best for you.

I wouldn't worry to much about sculpting your body just yet I would wait until you reach at least 200lb which shouldnt be to hard if you eat and train correctly.
