Ive been clean bulking since Aug. 05 and put on a good 20 lbs .. pretty much all lean body mass with the execption of a few pounds..
But I have recently started working and I am constatly moving around, lifting objects and such for about 7 hours mon-fri.. and 3 on sat..
I work out Mon, Tues, Thurs, and Fri.
Im only taking in about 3200 cals a day.. Does this seem like enough? I am having a bit of trouble gaining size since starting work.. but I really want to avoid putting on fat. Any suggestions to an amount of cals that this can be achieved?
