    Trying to clean bulk..

    Ive been clean bulking since Aug. 05 and put on a good 20 lbs .. pretty much all lean body mass with the execption of a few pounds..

    But I have recently started working and I am constatly moving around, lifting objects and such for about 7 hours mon-fri.. and 3 on sat..

    I work out Mon, Tues, Thurs, and Fri.

    Im only taking in about 3200 cals a day.. Does this seem like enough? I am having a bit of trouble gaining size since starting work.. but I really want to avoid putting on fat. Any suggestions to an amount of cals that this can be achieved?

    Up your calories slowly week by week and see how your respond. Can't say if 3200 is high or low, depends on your weight and LBM. Stats?

    Just for an idea, when I cleanbulk I will usually take in between 4200-4800 calories/day. I'm 207 around 10%.
