    19 year old 12 weeks out from comp

    I think that if your legs are comparable to your upper body that you will win easily...is this you first competition?

    I did a comp when i was 16 that i placed first in. This is my first comp since... ill try and get some leg pics up after leg day on thursday.

    Thanks for the compliments guys. This is my first time cutting down real hard since for my first show I was only 16. Not a healthy thing for a 16 year old to cut to hard. Ill def be posting pics from the show.

    I am guessing you are competing in the teen division? If your legs match you upper body and you get your conditioning down (which doesnt look like it will be a problem from here) then you will sweep up.
