    Help with my new diet.

    Monday.

    Wake up 9.00
    Breakfast 9.05 -Bowl of porridge oats, Milk and Egg protein shake, multi vitamin tablet, cod liver oil tablet and vitamin c tablet. one level tea spoon of pure creatine.
    9.45 -25 grams whey protein, 50 grams simple carbs.
    10.30 Gym time
    11.30 leave gym 25 grams whey protein, 2x bananas.
    11.45 Meal e.g. rice, tuna
    1.00 milk and egg shake
    3.00 Meal e.g. Pasta and chicken
    5.00 Meal e.g. chicken sandwich, multi vit tablet, vit-c tablet
    8.00 Meal e.g. beef, salad and bread.

    10.30 snack and bed sleep by 11.00

    Tuesday

    Wake up 7.00
    7.05 same breakfast as monday
    9.00 Gym time
    10.00 whey protein 25 grams, 2x bananas
    10.15 Meal chicken, potatoe.
    11.30 milk and egg shake
    2.30 Meal beef sandwich
    4,30 meal baked beans, egg whites, multi vit tab, vit-c tab.
    7.30 Meal spaghetti bolognase, tuna

    Snack bed at 10.30, sleep by 11.00

    Same as tuesday pretty much. bed at 10.00 sleep by 11.00

    Wake up 8.00
    breakfast 8.05 same breakfast as wednesday
    evrything exactly same as wednesy except gym and eating time moved one hour forward and in bed for 12.30 sleep by 1.00.

    Work 8.00 - 12.00

    wake up 9.00

    everything same as thursady except gym time and eating moved one hour forward.

    instead of last meal, at 9.30 have meal replacement shake and bar whilst at work.

    work 8.30pm till 12.30 am.

    meal before bed e.g. rice and chicken. bed for 2.00 sleep within minutes.

    wake up at 11.00

    eat same as yesterday- protein is the same as other days, but more junk food then other days.

    work 8.30-12.30

    bed for 2.00

    work 7 pm till 11 pm

    no gym on saturday or sunday, rest days.

    mon- back
    tue- chest
    wed- legs
    thur- shoulders
    fri- biceps and triceps

    sat- rest
    sun- rest

    aiming to bulk as much as possible, till adequate size acomplished to compete.

    94 kg's
