11.30 leave gym 25 grams whey protein, 2x bananas.
11.45 Meal e.g. rice, tuna
1.00 milk and egg shake
3.00 Meal e.g. Pasta and chicken
5.00 Meal e.g. chicken sandwich, multi vit tablet, vit-c tablet
8.00 Meal e.g. beef, salad and bread.
