What up guys...I'm currently in week 3 of my Test E @500mg/ew cycle, and everything is going well. Still waiting for it to "kick in" but it's going well. I'll cut to the chase, I've been following the "Gain lean muscle mass" sticky diet, with a few exceptions, and I'm currious what else I should cut out of my diet. Other then protein shakes, chicken, rice, eggs, and oatmeal I've been eating, bannanas, oranges, peanut butter sandwhiches on whole wheat bread, organic white corn tortilla chips, pretzels, red peppers, toast, and yogurt. Which of those things should I cut out? or are they ok? Also, is it ok to put soy sauce on rice? Is a little bit of butter ok on rice, or toast? I'm currently consuming somewhere around 3500-4000 calories a day. Thanks guys, sorry it's long!
